The
Elite XL is an extremely versatile encryptor, offering security for most
voice and fax applications. It is well known as being extremely reliable
even in poor communications conditions, making it popular for users with
limited infrastructure support. The ability to support conference calling is a valuable feature not available from other products. Designed primarily for use on public telephone networks, the Elite XL has also been deployed on private networks including radio and cellular links utilising some of the latest technology developed. |
Each Elite XL can
be configured to meet specific user requirements, such as default settings
for voice or fax communications and adjustment of send and receive signal
amplitude levels. Users can also enhance their fax security by programming
a unit identification code that provides receiver authentication before
any message is sent. |

of the system is via a password-protected menu. The Elite XL also features
built-in self-test software and provides visual confirmation of changes
between secure and clear operation. Closed user groups can be defined
by programming a unique Corporate Code, which can be used with or without
PIN modification for enhanced security. In addition, a Global Code
permits secure communication between different organizations. |
